About this internship
This internship provides practical training in Analytical Instrumentation, covering the basic principles, calculations, sterilization and decontamination, and good laboratory practices for handling equipment. It includes demonstrations of Autoclave, Laminar Air Flow, Biosafety Cabinet, PCR, RT-PCR, SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis, HPLC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, Centrifuge, and ELISA. The internship concludes with a presentation and final discussion.
