About this internship
This internship provides practical training in Immunotechnology, covering good laboratory practices, basic calculations, weighing and measurements, laboratory equipment handling, and the fundamentals of immunotechnology. It includes bacterial and enzyme isolation, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, agglutination and precipitation techniques for blood grouping, blood typing, Ouchterlony double immunodiffusion, ELISA, radial immunodiffusion, human blood group determination, and blood film preparation and staining. The internship concludes with review and certification.
