About this internship
This internship provides practical training in Advanced Molecular Biology, covering basic calculations, sterilization and decontamination, good laboratory practices, and equipment handling. It includes bacterial plasmid DNA isolation, preparation of competent cells, transformation, bacterial genomic DNA isolation, PCR, agarose gel electrophoresis, bacterial RNA isolation, RT-PCR, DNA concentration and purity checking, SDS-PAGE, primer designing for PCR, and karyotyping. The internship concludes with a presentation and final discussion.
