RIB - REGIONAL INSTITUTE OF BIOTECHNOLOGY

Regional Institute of Biotechnology (RIB) was established in 2016 under the Spacebar Technology Trust with a focus on biotechnology, microbiology and molecular biology. RIB is committed to creating opportunities for students and young researchers to develop practical skills, explore scientific research and gain exposure to modern biological sciences.

RIB offers a research-oriented learning environment with programmes designed for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Its academic activities include short-term hands-on training, summer and winter internships, and dissertation programmes.

Students can gain practical exposure in areas such as Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics and related biotechnology disciplines. RIB also promotes research and scientific innovation through its faculty, research activities and collaborations.
