About this internship
This internship provides practical training in Molecular Biology, covering basic calculations, sterilization and decontamination, good laboratory practices, and equipment handling. It includes bacterial genomic DNA isolation, PCR, agarose gel electrophoresis, DNA fragment elution, restriction digestion, plasmid DNA isolation, cDNA synthesis, and DNA isolation from plant, animal cells, and yeast. The training also covers DNA concentration and purity checking, karyotyping, and concludes with a presentation and final discussion.
