About this internship
This internship provides practical training in microbial quality control for pharmaceutical and food applications. It covers sterilization and decontamination, good laboratory practices, laboratory equipment handling, media preparation, serial dilution, pure culture isolation from food samples, microbial identification and staining techniques, biochemical testing, antibiotic resistance and control, sterility testing of finished products as per FSSAI and FDA, and food adulterant identification. The training concludes with a presentation and final discussion.
