About this internship
This internship provides practical training in good laboratory practices, calculations, weighing and measurements, and the handling of laboratory equipment. It covers the isolation of fungi from citrus fruits and yeast from rotten banana, along with milk quality analysis through pH determination. The training also includes detection of boric acid, nitrate, formalin, detergent, fat, and starch in milk, isolation of microbes from street food, Gram staining, and IMViC testing. The internship concludes with review and certification.
